Jennifer Hayes was our agent while we were looking to buy our first home. She was great! We didn’t live in the area and had to drive down every week to look at houses. It was a fun experience. We were particular about our first home and Jennifer had a great attitude about it all. A lot of laughs were had. We appreciate her and everything she did because we found our perfect home! - Reed and Rachel Johnson
Jennifer is a WONDERFUL agent, I can’t say enough good things about her. The first time my spouse and I met her, she gave a VERY thorough explanation of the buying process. As someone who did their research beforehand, there were things that I was already aware of. And, there was so much more that I didn’t know and learned from listening to Jennifer. We looked at 5-6 homes before finding our dream property. During the time she was VERY attentive. She also had the details read, gave us suggestions and was very flexible and generous with her time. Finally, when it came to the process of underwriting she was the “middle woman” between us and our lender which made the process SOOO much easier. Overall, the ONLY stressful part was reviewing the inspection report to determine where to begin negotiations. After we picked the things we wanted the seller to handle, Jennifer did the rest. Jennifer is insanely knowledgeable about her profession. A note to anyone working with her - JUST LISTEN TO WHAT SHE SAYS! Seriously. I think the process was easier than most because if she told us NOT to do something (like not open any more lines of credit) we didn’t do it. Jennifer is amazing and I would 1000% recommend her! -Nicole H.
